Just as a field to keep info on which type of transfers are supported
for plugins. It is treated as a bitfield, with the first bit being
the original protocol, and others representing things like whether
sketch
data being transferred is supported. I will probably also assign a bit
in this field to LinkMaster support so that I can use a plugin to
publish
links.

Since the version is already in the SysDBListItemType, I do not have
to search every database returned in the list for a resource to cull
out the unsupported versions. It just makes the code simpler and
faster.
