This version fixes some problems relating to the Datebook proxy and adds
a proxy for the Address application. All link containers should be
recompiled against the new linkaware.[ch] to work with proxies.
Unless there is demand, I don't think I will make any more proxies, as I
don't have any use for linking to the other standard apps myself. If
you want any other proxies, let me know.
